What is the agreement?
All agreements are month to month. We just need 10 days’ notice with email@example.com before the end of the month to stop the auto deductions.
What is the membership rate?
The membership rate is $35 per month and Non-tenant rate is $45 per month.
How do I pay?
Kinema will need to have a credit card on file.
What is included with my membership?
Access to the fitness center, basketball court, and group exercise studio. You can also participate in free group fitness classes, basketball tournaments, featured workshops, and outdoor summer session classes. All exisiting members and new members will receive a free personal training session and fitness assessment. You will have access to lockers, showers and complimentary towel service.
How do I access the gym?
Once you join, Kinema will activate your building badge card to give you access to the gym. *You must send your badge ID number/FOB to firstname.lastname@example.org to have your badge activated.
Do I need to bring my own towel?
No, towel service is complimentary.
Are day use lockers available?
What do I do in case of an emergency and there is no staff on-site at the time?

What if I lose my key card?
You will need to request another access card through Cushman and Wakefield.
Can I bring a guest to the fitness center?
No, guests or non-tenants of The Towers are not allowed membership or day passes at the fitness center.
