Wednesday 12:00PM-1:00PM

Want to get in fighting shape, and push yourself to the limits? This class will put you to the challenge! You will go through a combination of plyometric exercises, high intensity cardio intervals, and boxing drills. When you think you’ve hit the wall get ready for the core challenge!


Friday 12:00PM-12:15PM

High intensity interval training will work your body from the floor up and all around. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. Get ready to be challenged to push your limits and walk out feeling 100% worked out and 100 % successful!


Monday 12:00PM-1:00PM

In this yoga class we will explore our breath, deepen our flexibility, play with balance and connect to our body. Learn to ride the waves of breath as you move through your yoga practice and life with ease and grace. All you need is your body and your mat!
