15 minutes of non-stop abdominal action. It’s only 15 minutes! All levels welcome.


Thursday 5:30PM-6:30PM

 You will move through a series of different exercises or activities, usually targeting different muscle groups, with minimal rest in between. The goal of circuit training is to improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness within a condensed timeframe.


Friday 12:00PM-12:15PM

High intensity interval training will work your body from the floor up and all around. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. Get ready to be challenged to push your limits and walk out feeling 100% worked out and 100 % successful!


Monday 12:00PM-1:00PM

In this yoga class we will explore our breath, deepen our flexibility, play with balance and connect to our body. Learn to ride the waves of breath as you move through your yoga practice and life with ease and grace. All you need is your body and your mat!


Wednesday 12:00PM-1:00PM

Want to get in fighting shape, and push yourself to the limits? This class will put you to the challenge! You will go through a combination of plyometric exercises, high intensity cardio intervals, and boxing drills. When you think you’ve hit the wall get ready for the core challenge!


Tuesday 5:00 pm/Thursday 12:00pm

Learn the basic rules of the game, proper techniques for serving, hitting, and volleying, as well as strategies for playing singles or doubles matches. Whether you are a beginner looking to learn the fundamentals of the sport or a more experienced player seeking to refine your skills and tactics, our pickleball classes offer a supportive and educational environment for players to develop their abilities and enjoy the game.
