 VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa style yoga focuses on specific areas while toning the system as a whole giving special attention to alignment and taking care of oneself. Deep breathing and abdominal exercises work to fortify the core, helping each person get in touch with their center and provide stability in postures. Expect a great workout that will strengthen, lengthen, and stretch the muscles of the body while calming the mind.

CARDIO DANCE

Come get your groove on at Cardio Dance! We'll burn calories and tone our muscles as we learn choreography to feel-good pop music. No previous dance experience required, and all choreography can be tailored to your individual fitness level.

BODY TONING

This body toning class uses sculpting tools such as stability balls & dumbbells to sculpt 360 degrees of your body. This workout rolls from one exercise to another with little break time to ensure that each muscle in the body is being worked.

ABS EXPRESS

15 minutes of non-stop abdominal action. It’s only 15 minutes! All levels welcome.

MORNING YOGA

An energizing practice inspired by Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow. Counter your everyday habits like sitting, typing, texting and work fatigue with postures that will open and free you from tight muscles and stress. This class will be taught to all levels that attend, beginners welcome!

ZUMBA

Perfect For everybody. Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

CARDIO STRENGTH

This high intensity class mixes rounds of cardio intervals with total body exercises geared to burn calories, build muscle, and get your heart pumping. The strength intervals will challenge you while the cardio intervals will increase your endurance.
